I’ve been going to the library to borrow more books on Warren Buffett. Here are a few of the titles I’ve read so far. I recommend reading them in this order:
The Warren Buffett Way, Second Edition
This is a biographical look at Warren Buffett’s career and is also a very good book if you’re just starting to learn how to invest like him. It covers the principles he uses and how he thinks about investing.
The New Buffettology: The Proven Techniques for Investing Successfully in Changing Markets That Have Made Warren Buffett the World’s Most Famous Investor
This is an excellent follow-up to the previous book. Here you will get a case by case look at some of the companies that Buffett has invested in. There are also step-by-step instructions on how to determine if a stock is cheap (after making sure that the company is in a viable long-term business).
Buffett: The Making of an American Capitalist
This has more biographical stuff about Buffett. If you read the first book, you can probably skip this one. But if you’re really hungering for more Buffett, then read this one too.
The Tao of Warren Buffett: Warren Buffett’s Words of Wisdom: Quotations and Interpretations to Help Guide You to Billionaire Wealth and Enlightened Business Management
This little book contains tidbits of Buffett wisdom. It’s a good book to have on your nightstand. You can read a few pages before bed each night.
